Manhattan is known for its nightlife. But lately, Northattan is getting a reputation for wildlife. When a New York Times columnist wrote recently that a pest removal company had trapped nine skunks at his Washington Heights apartment building, the column struck a nerve. Apparently he’s not the only one in Upper Manhattan who has had a run-in with a skunk.
